I am a Profesor in Analytical Chemistry at Chemistry Department  of Universitas Syiah Kuala. I was born on 22 September 1969 in Meulaboh, a city located in Northern of Sumatra Island, Indonesia. I was graduated with bachelor degree in Chemistry at Insitute Tecknology of Sepuluh November Surabaya, Indonesia in 1994. In 1999,  I have obtained the Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry in Institute Technology of Bandung, Indonesia. I completed my PhD  at Membrane Technology Group University of Twente, Netherlands in 2007. Research interests mainly focus on membrane separation in water treatment, biodiesel purification, bioseparation, and medical application.
