Sartiyah was born in Sabang City on October 9, 1966. Children from 7 out of 10 siblings and nine people received education at State Universities. Both parents work as traders and farmers. Father named Ismail Putih and mother named Nuraini. They educate to work hard with the motto "The hands above are better than the hands below". Started working as a Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business since March 1992 until now. Educating students is the main goal because they hope that useful knowledge will receive great rewards from God until the Day of Judgment.















S1 education since 1985 in the Department of Development Economics, Faculty of Economics, Syiahkuala University and completed in 1991. In 1998 i continued my Masters in Science at the Bogor Institute of Agriculture in Agricultural Economics and completed my study of obtaining and master's degree in 2001. In September 2012 I resumed my studies in the Doctoral Program in the Economics of Agricultural Economics at the Bogor Agricultural University Postgraduate Program and completed my studies and obtained his Doctorate degree in February 2018. The Master and Doctoral Education Program is funded by the Jakarta Ministry of Technology Research and Higher Education in the form of BPPS and BPPDN Scholarships.















Thesis Research on the Impact of the Determination of Regional Autonomy on Development in the Aceh Province Region. The dissertation research on the Impact of Human Capital Investment on Economic Performance and Poverty in Aceh Province, is also linked to the Regional Autonomy Policy. The research led me to the concentration of human resource development and poverty in regions related to special autonomy (Otsus) policies. The development of human resources and population is very important to economic development. Since 2012 it has been the organization of IAEI, and ISEI. IPADI Management since 2014.
