Professional Summary
She is a lecturer at Department of Chemistry, the Faculty of Mathematics and Science, Syiah Kuala University, since 1995. She studied Bachelor Degree in Chemistry Department of the Faculty of Mathematics and Science, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology Surabaya, graduated in 1994. Subsequently she completed magister education at Food Science Program, Bogor Agricultural University, with specialization in Food Chemistry. She graduated in 2003. Based on the background of science that is owned, the research topics that she studied are Food Chemistry focusing on carbohydrates from tubers, especially Aceh endemic tubers or those with large production capacity in Aceh. For example, yam tubers. She studied about potency of yam tuber as functional food.
