Professional Summary
I completed my B.A. degree in Economics from Syiah Kuala University (Indonesia) in 1994 and Master of Science in Economics from Gadjah Mada University (Indonesia) in 2001. Then, 1n 2009, I completed my Doctoral degree from University of Bonn (Germany) in Economics as well (a DAAD scholar). Since 1997,I am a lecturer at Economics Department of Syiah Kuala University. My main research interests are Macroeconomics and Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) to investigate the impact of macroeconomic variables on poverty, the quality of economic growth, and environment as well as Economic Planning and Development Economics by using the Input-Output, Social Accounting Matrix Approaches, and Spatial Econometrics. My expert experiences consist of following the international conferences in Economics Modelling in some countries.
