Professional Summary
Suryawati completed her bachelor degree in Pharmacy in 2004 and pharmacist profession education in 2005 at University of Indonesia, Depok. She graduated her Master degree in Science (MSc) in 2010 at the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom. Focus of research is herbal medicine development and medicinal chemistry related to herbal. Among the publications were antimalarial activity of neem plants (Azadirachta indica, A. Juss), antioxidants from plant ant nest plants (Mymercodia sp) and the profile of traditional drug use in children. Community service focus on monitoring drug side effects in the society.
