Tentang Saya (About Me)
I was born in Banda Aceh on December 11, 1963. Completed elementary, junior and senior high schools in Banda Aceh. In 1982, I was accepted at Bogor University of Agriculture (IPB) through PP II enrollment scheme and completed Bachelor Degree in Agricultural Engineering, from Faculty of Agricultural Technology, in 1987. With a scholarship from Monbusho (Japan Minitry of Education and Culture) in 1993, I joined Kenkyusei (Research Student) Program at Tsukuba University, Japan and continued Master Program at Utsunomiya University, Utsunomiya city, Tochigi Prefecture , Japan. I graduated Master Program from Dept. of Agricultural and Environmental Engineering in 1996 . In the same year I was accepted in Doctorate Program at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology (Tokyo Nokodai) and received Doctor Degree in 1999 in the field of Agricultural Engineering with specialization in River Basin/Watershed Hydrologic Modeling.
