I am Dr.dr.Taufik Suryadi, Sp.F(K), Dipl.BE, I was born in Medan 24 March 1975 graduated a specialist education from Faculty of Medicine Sumatera Utara University in 2005 and post graduate Doctorate from Faculty of Medicine Gadjah Mada University in 2014. I has been a lecturer in Faculty of Medicine Syiah Kuala University since 2006. I currently teach the medical science of justice which is now often called forensic medicine and legal medicine. I was teaching in Faculty of Medicine Syiah Kuala University are forensic medicine, humanitarian bioethics, disaster management, ethics and health law and follow-up tutors on several blocks of introduction of medicine, cell, immunology, bioethics, disaster, family medicine, research, tropical medicine and others. I also took care of the clinic's office in the forensic medicine department of Zainoel Abidin hospital. I have a wife named dr.Kulsum, SpAn, M.Ked also a lecturer at Faculty of Medicine Syiah Kuala University. I currently have 2 sons namely Habibie A Forensa and Azizi B Humaniora. My hobbies are football, reading books and traveling. what I really like is when I am able to achieve what I aspire to, my motto is to relax and to arrive.
In other pragramme, i also teach in Medical specialist programme, Magister and Doctoral programme in Medical Faculty Universitas Syiah Kuala. In Magister level, i teach the philosophy of knowledge and research ethics and so ethics in disaster. In the Doctoral programme i teach the research ethics. and in Medical specialist programme i currently teach the professional ethics and medicolegal
I currently hold an ethics and medicolegal consultant. some of my publications are mostly related to ethics and medicolegal especially the issue of ethical dilemmas in clinical services in hospitals. Other activities I am currently involved in preparing for the study program specialist 2 for forensic medicine and medicolegal in the field of ethics and medicolegal specialization.
