Become a lecture is one of the noble professions. Become a doctor who provide helps for everybody is also a noble. So, become a lecture for those who in the future will become a doctor and for a specialist is honorable. Based on those Philosophy, I dedicated my knowledge and skill as a lecture in Medical Faculty, University of Syiah Kuala.

Due to my field in Cardiology and Vascular Medicine, I emphasis my students to focus on the importance of holistic medical approach when they make the diagnostic and therapertic actions, with fast and accurate handling in certain circumstances. Further more, as a medical practition, its reguired to be passionate, sympathetic and understanding of situations where humanity is the highest priority, respect the team work and value the norm of working place is a key of all.

Hereafter, as a lecture in University is not only an education as in textbook but also as a center of scientific researches. Based on my spesiality in Cardiology & Vascular Medicine and I saw the most morbidity and mortality in our society related with Cardiovascular disease. So, I Apprealed to my fellow students to focus as rescarches that exploring cardiometabolic and moleculer cardiology in order to revcal themystery of pathogenesis of atherosclerosis as the main caused of cardiovascular disease in the world.
