Talbani Farlian, born 41 year ago exatly on april  22, 1976 with the nick name Ayi. Since his small perception at the age of the third grade of Mekarjaya Depok Primary School, Ayi has shown interest and talent and aspirations in the economic field. The dream of third grade elementary school seemed to have a good sign that the title derived from undergaduate and master program in USA had been acieved which was named  SE MA, while  PhD and Professor titles has not been achieved yet. But Ayi remains committed even though the "pasantren of life" has been cherished beyond the never-hopeless, enthusiastic effort, maintaining the relationship the vertical with Allah Almighty, horizontal balance that holds the principle of "best human being is beneficial to others" is the embryo of the foundation of life either in economic or other sector, here in and the day after thru maintaining of worship of Allah and education. 

Achievement-for-achievement has been achieved despite hobbled in support and momentum suggestions. Little Ayi proved when in elementary school always keep the Top 5 so that at that time the races wanted to get favorite junior. I got SMP like Junior High School level which was popular in ACI (aku cinta Indonesia) Film of I Love Indonesia precisely in SMP Negeri 3 Depok and continued to get the best and best SMAN in Depok, West Java is SMAN 2 Depok. In SMAN 2 Depok trophy and olympics and other competitions were cultivated by contributing a row of champions and achievements for example to be champion 1  P4  for  Bogor Regency, Became the 2nd winner Rapidly as West Java in 1992 and champion 1 reviewer Individual book as Depok City and champion of Hope 1 Intelligent Agile religion of Islam se DKI and Jabar year 1993. And get scholarship at BBC International and teach English for intermediate students so that they can and successfully follow national test of English language.

The obsession of being a "Philanthropy" gradually has paid off, at the time of UMPTN, the third choice that finally graduated and went to Syiah Kuala Economy at that time in class E where the class are all alumni or from non-Aceh schools. There are 3 of the best SMAN 8 Jakarta Alumni in Indonesia taking the Shia economy of heart and the hope of Aceh that is very proud that spawned the Alumnus of the Faculty of Economics UNSYIAH can or had served as the number 1 in ACEH aka Governor of Aceh. In S1 years of entering Ayi 1994, had experience become champion 1 student model / achievement Faculty of Economics year 1997 and result of conflict finished Year 2000, then there is bid to follow English lesson, and ever become champion 1 Economic Debate Indonesia in 1999 with organizers ISEI and had served as the chairman of Almizan LDK FEKON with the requirement to memorize 1 juz Alqur'an and memorized 1 juz is tested before all elements of Fakuiltas Ekonomi Unsyiah students with a very satisfactory pass year 1997.

In 2001 a USAID scholarship was awarded for a Master's degree or Master's program at Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University, United State of America (USA). And finished with a mini Thesis and completed it in August 2002. After attending the S2 in MA in Economics, Ayi implemented Sudy Abroad Program in Damascus performing Umrah in Mecca Al-mukarramah late october 2002. Arriving in Aceh applying to become lecturer of Aceh, finally graduated became civil servants in Falkultas Ekonomi Unysiah with TMT December 1, 2002.

Career as a lecturer is not quite as bright as young age, however, the contribution to mengahrumkan Syiah Kuala University has been recognized as proven by the formulation team of economic field BRR (Badan Rehabilitasi Rekonstruksi Aceh and Nias) 2005 on Aceh Tsunami tragedy December 26, 2004, advocated the establishment of AISMIF in the Faculty of Economics and BRR by lobbying ADB (Asean Development Bank) for 8 million US dollars and assisting Aceh to build 65 institutions of micro-finance institutions at the city-level in Aceh. To assist the feasibility study of BPRS bank in Bireun as well as to get Mircro finance and Small medium en- terprises (UMKM) research opportunity.
