My name is Ulfa Hansri Ar Rasyid,S.Pd., M.Si. I was born in Meulaboh on March 02, 1992. I completed my education up until high school in Meulaboh. In 2014, I earned my bachelor degree in Biology Education at Syiah Kuala University and continued my master's degree majoring Conservation of Tropical Biodiversity at Bogor Agricultural University in 2017. I joined Syiah Kuala University as a lecturer at the Department of Forestry in 2019. Some of the subjects i teach include animal behavior, wildlife management, conservation area management, forest ecosystem services, plant and wildlife inventory, and biology. My research interests lie in wildlife conservation, forest ecology, animal behavior, and animal welfare. Some studies have been done; 1) Habitat characteristics of asian small-clawed otter (Aonyx cinereus) in Ujong Nga, Samatiga, West Aceh, 2) Management and level of asian small-clawed otter (Aonyx cinereus) welfare as display animal in Indonesia Conservation Institution.
