Dr. Yusya Abubakar is a senior lecturer in Agricultural Product Technology Department. PhD from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, North Carolina, in Biological and Agricultural Engineering with emphasize on Food and Bioprocess Engineering. Master from Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama in Agricultural Engineering with emphasize on Food and Process Engineering. Bachelor in Agroindustrial Technology, Bogor Agricultural University, Bogor. Indonesia. The researches in the area of food and bio-processing engineering, including coffee, cacao, grains, renewable energy, etc. Since 1988 until now, as a lecturer in department of agriculture product technology, Syiah Kuala University.
