Tentang Saya (About Me)
My name is Yanti Meldasari Lubis. I was born in Banda Aceh on January 17, 1972. In order to improve my ability, I decided to study at the University of North Sumatra (USU) Medan in 1997, focusing on Agricultural Product Technology (THP) to obtain a Bachelor Degree.
Later on, to improve my qualifications and professionalism of science, I continue my master's education linear with bachelor in Agricultural Product Technology Department in Universitas Brawijaya Malang in 2001.
In the process of post-graduate study, in 2002, I attended the selection of lecturers in the Agricultural Product Technology Department at Syiah Kuala University. In 2009-2016, I am became as Head of Processing Laboratory of Vegetable Technology Prodi Technology University of Syiah Kuala. My interest areas of research is Food Processing and Horticultural Processing Technology.
